What can someone expect in their first session with me?

Our first session is an invitation to slow down and arrive just as you are. We’ll take time to get to know your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope for from this process. My approach is relational and collaborative,, exploring both the present and the echoes of the past, while also holding space for your body and lived experiences. What makes this work meaningful is the trust and care we build together, allowing you to feel seen in your wholeness and supported in finding new ways of being with yourself and others

What makes my approach different or meaningful?

My approach is built on the belief that we all carry a longing to return to a sense of self that feels safe, whole, and known. Whether you’re feeling lost, untethered, or simply wanting to feel more at home within yourself, I offer a space to breathe, reflect, and begin again. Therapy with me is relational and attuned, moving at your pace, so that even small curiosities or quiet ‘maybes’ can become meaningful steps toward reconnecting with yourself.

Therapeutic Approaches / Modalities

2. Narrative Practices – Inviting you to re-author your story in ways that feel more authentic and freeing.

3. Mindfulness-Based Interventions – Cultivating presence, awareness, and grounding in the here and now.

4. Drama and Movement Therapy – Bringing in embodied ways of working, where mind and body are held in tandem.

5. Humanistic & Intersectional Lens – Centering your agency and honoring the richness of your lived experiences.
