Yes, you can talk about anything in therapy as therapy is a safe, confidential space where clients are encouraged to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. You can talk about anything and everything except prying into the therapist’s personal life.

What should you do if you feel uncomfortable during a session?

a. Recognise the Discomfort
b. Be Honest and discuss with your therapist
c. You can ask for a break or a pause if needed
d. You can reflect on the session afterwards and engage in self-care activities.

Yes, you would be required to do some exercise or homework sometimes. It will be discussed beforehand and not be forced on you. Therapy is a collaborative approach where both the client and therapist work towards the client's concerns and goals.
